For over thirty years, I’ve managed large-scale logistics and personnel across multiple Luca Meat facilities. I don’t believe in chaos. I believe in structure. People do better when they know what’s expected of them—and what happens when they fall short.

I lead from the front. I expect results. And I reward loyalty. I’ve handled plant expansions, regional cross-training, and high-yield production under pressure. I get the job done. That’s why I’m still here, and others aren’t.

Outside of work, I keep to myself. I had a good marriage, raised five kids, and paid my bills. I don’t overshare. I don’t play victim. Life’s hard. You deal with it.

People misunderstand strength these days. They confuse kindness with weakness, and accountability with cruelty. That’s not my problem. I’m not here to be liked. I’m here to deliver.
